Mike Robinson is Head of Customer Experience at Barclays US Consumer Bank where he is responsible for driving differentiation and competitive advantage in the industry through customer experience. Mike leads the team that is accountable defining the Customer Experience strategy, delivering a voice of the customer platform to provide data insights supporting continuous Customer improvements and embedding a Customer Journey operating model across the Business.

What began as a summer job at Barclays turned into a 19-year career at the bank where he’s held roles in the U.K., Europe and U.S. across infrastructure services, service management, transformation in the chief operating office, and most recently, customer experience within the marketing organization.

Mike has a BSc. degree in Computer Science from Manchester University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
