David is a seasoned leader in sales and business development, recognized for his ability to incubate, scale, and transform high-performing services partners. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff for the Worldwide Channel Sales team, where he not only managed core CoS responsibilities—such as fiscal year planning, sales excellence, rhythm of business, and budget management—but also co-developed operating models for Distribution, Scale Solution Partner, Telco, and Hoster. These models contributed nearly $115B in Channel Sales revenue in FY25.
Prior to this, David held several global roles, including the SureStep methodology and program owner, global role lead for distribution, cloud partner program design lead, and global PDM for multiple partners. His contributions as a PDM have earned him recognition as a Microsoft Platinum Circle of Excellence and Gold Club award winner.
