Ganesh Iyer is the Founder and CEO of ASPR AI, an agentic AI sales execution platform designed to help revenue teams spend more time selling and less time on administrative work. Under his leadership, ASPR has rapidly gained traction with hundreds of B2B customers by helping sales organizations automate workflows, improve onboarding, and increase revenue per rep.

Ganesh is a serial entrepreneur and product leader with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling AI and SaaS companies. He previously founded dotin, an AI talent analytics platform that was acquired by OpenSesame. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in product management, strategy, and operations at Cisco and Spansion (AMD/Fujitsu).

Ganesh is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and holds multiple patents in AI-driven business outcome prediction. His work focuses on using AI to capture institutional knowledge and turn top-performing sales behaviors into scalable systems for every revenue team.
