Nipun serves as a Senior Director of Products at Fareportal, one of the leading travel companies in the United States. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, he masterfully steers the Digital and Loyalty product groups, setting a high standard for customer experience across the end to end digital customer journey. He strongly believes in creating profound value for customers, thereby driving company growth as a natural byproduct of this customer centric approach.

He oversees products and experiences for multiple consumer facing brands including CheapOair.com, OneTravel.com and other travel sites across the globe. In 2022, he led the launch of ClubMiles, an enhanced travel loyalty program that, for the first time, brought cross-brand, cross products points accrual and redemption capability for their customers. He has helped build several AI powered product experiences at Fareportal, including personalized user journeys, flight recommender system, customer service hybrid chatbots etc. that meet the nuanced needs of travelers. Before ascending to product leadership, he held technology leadership positions at Fareportal.

Earlier in his career, he leveraged technology to build learning and safety management solutions for workforce safety training and incident management. Nipun holds an MBA from Cornell University, a masters degree in Computer Science, and a bachelors degree in Information Technology and Management.
