Protik is the COO of Protecto.ai, a VC-backed startup that promotes the responsible use of Generative AI for enterprises. He co-founded and led his startup to a successful exit by Brillio, a Bain Capital company, where he became the Head of Business Transformation Practice. In this role, he was the key Revenue & Go-To-Market Leader for the Customer Experience group, overseeing GTM, pre-sales, and the delivery of large CX Transformation projects across various sectors. Protik is also a Limited Partner at Stage2 Capital and GTMfund, where he advises startups like NextQ.ai and Verloop.io. He has an M.S. in Computer Science from USC.
