Anshul is Senior Vice President, People Operations and Insights and is responsible for creating an operations and data-driven culture for Mastercard’s people practices. Prior to his current role, he was Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at IBM leading people data, analytics and AI. In this role, he fostered a culture of data-driven decision making at scale as well as re-designed the end-to-end employee journey powered by AI and consumer-grade experiences, resulting in significant people and business outcomes. Over his career at IBM, Anshul has held technology and corporate leadership positions developing solutions for companies across financial services, IT, retail, education, food and fashion. Anshul is an avid ice-skater and writer, and enjoys teaching kids in the community on the weekends.
