Previously Urvashi managed Global Customer Care for Western Digital & SanDisk managing worldwide support and warranty operations. Urvashi has been instrumental in transforming company’s customer support & Operations to a world-class teams that provides not just basic customer service, but also technical support, high-traffic online support, return merchandise authorization and Strategic Client Services Management. She has vast experience in B2B, B2C, retail and enterprise support. Her passion is developing innovative, AI based cost-effective, culturally appropriate, customer friendly solutions that not just improve the bottom line, but also enhance the customer experience for a rapidly growing global customer base.

Urvashi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Mumbai and her MBA from the University of San Francisco’s Graduate School of Management. Urvashi's other interests include reading, nature and wildlife photography, travel, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
