He has over 20 yrs of work experience ranging from small size to Fortune 100 companies. For the last 8 yrs his focus has been on coaching diverse professionals including senior executives, small and large teams and entrepreneurs to achieve their fullest potential. He currently works at Genentech Inc. as a Transformation Coach, helping leaders and their teams transform mindsets and behaviors to deliver impactful results, especially as the organization is going through rapid change. In his spare time, he volunteers as a mentor for 2 startup accelerators (BRIIA and In-Tandem) where he coaches startup founders on the topic of founder health.
